Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to get your fly fishing gear to you:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that even the most experienced anglers occasionally need to adjust their setup. Our flexible return policy ensures you can fish with confidence.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and protective covers intact
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom fly tying materials (from our Flies and Fly Tying section)
  • Personalized technical gear (from our Fly Fishing Technical Gear section)
  • Any items showing signs of use or wear

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Specify your desired replacement item in the request form
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is processed
  • Standard shipping rates apply for the new shipment

Return Shipping
